Had to replace water flange and in the process I cross treaded the engine block on one screw that connects the flange to the block.  As a result, bolt will not tighten and water leaks.

Any recommendations.  Space is limited to retap via conventional drill.  I cannot imagine having to drop the block to retap a whole from 10mm to 11mm.  The cost of the water flange was only $6.  I cannot imagine paying $300+ for a new hole to be made.

Is there a solution?
