I've been to Le Souk - food, dancers and you can order a hookah after dinner. I've also heard that Le Orange Blue has dancers too, but I've never been and can't confirm...

I've been to Le Figaro (
http://www.yelp.com/bi...) . . . it's much more a casual cafe than a restaurant. I'm not sure how important the food aspect is to you. If the entertainment is your prime concern, it's fine. If you're looking for an overall glamorous experience, you'll probably be disappointed.

Janius...definitely Le Souk. Nina C. is correct. I had a birthday dinner there once and the food was pretty good too. It'sgreat place for world-electro(live drums as well as DJ) dancing late night as well as guzzling.
L'Orange Bleue...hmm. been there many, many times but never seen or heard of them having belly dancers...maybe that's new? I used go pretty late I guess though. Awesome place for world beat...great vibes...good mix of people, lot's of africans...great cocktails...food pretty good too.

I had a birthday dinner at L'Orange Bleue a couple of years ago, and while I didn't see any belly dancers, everyone on staff was amazing and friendly, and our waiter took me for a spin on the makeshift dancefloor around the tables towards the end of the night - kind of great.
