Try Saul's Deli on the Northside of Berkeley. If anything, they'll have some great recommendations and some tasty matzoball soup while you wait.

K&L Wine Merchant on 4th Street (and Townsend ish) should have a good selection. There are several out of New York, but I think some of the Californians are getting into the biz.

www.kosherwine.com has an amazing selection and good prices, esp if you buy cases.  Also Vino on California and Fillmore (a few doors towards Fillmore from Mollie Stone's) has a couple of choices - the Golan wines they have are very good.
