Try Sri Sri Yoga. I am a beginner and just took the course last weekend with two other friends who did not know how to even spell yoga and we had a great time. The only drawback is that they don't have a studio so you have to get in touch with Emma, emmas at stanford.edu to know about the next upcoming course.
peace

Try pilates instead. I love Lift Fitness on San Antonio Road in Mountain View. The studio is very small and you get one on one, or small group pilates on a reformer. A high level of attention. They also have weight training so the combination of pilates and weights is wonderful - better than yoga alone, I think.
